IUL Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 Download

Microsoft has released version 6.0 of the Internet Explorer web browser. For users
who have not already, or do not wish to upgrade via the "Windows
Update" feature of your previous version browser, IUL has now made this
version available for download from our local webserver.
For those users who prefer to install from CD (or want to have a backup copy
of the software on hand) rather than downloading, updated Connectivity CD's will
be available to IUL clients for a cost of $10 (plus GST) by contacting sales@iul.net.

Please note that this new version is *NOT* available for Windows 3.1, and is
not recommended or supported for Windows 95.
Install Notes:
We have found the following issues when installing this build of Internet
Explorer on some machines...
- Depending on the version of Internet Explorer you have installed (and your
security settings), after entering your username, password, full name and
email address into the post-setup configuration screen, you may receive a
message indicating that there is a script error. Simply click on "Yes"
to continue running the installation scripts.
- If you mistakenly click "No" in the above situation you may find that
neither the "Next" or "Cancel" links work and you are stuck. This may
leave you no choice but to reboot your machine to continue. After
rebooting, your Internet settings will be transparently set without further
intervention.
